| 1. CP clinics in the Townships of Nelson Mandela Bay Metropol The
department of Health, Timion and other organizations work together to
organize weekly outreaches in the townships. The mothers/caregivers and
their children with disabilities are invited. The caregivers are
instructed how they can help their children develop. We measure and fit
the special equipment that are produced in the workshop in Jeffreys
Bay. Since January 2009 we have reduced our involvement in the CP
clinics and visit the children more at home, but the ordering of the
equipment is still done as part of the CP clincis.
2.Homevisits and prayer We visit the children with disabilities and their families and pray for them. We document the prayer requests of the family and then relay it to the people who «adopted» the child and has committed to regularly pray for that family. We also try to find people to «adopt» and pray for children and their families. If you would be ready to adopt and pray for a child, we would be greatful. Please contact us. | ![]()
| 3. Camps. Recently we started to organize camps. The mothers and their children with disabilities are invited and brought to Jeffreys Bay for a few days. We aim to encourage the mothers, to take them and their children out of their mundane daily routine, to spoil them a little and show them how much they are loved by God. | ||||||

Around 30 children are treated by specially trained therapists, all of them volunteers, for one week. The mothers are taught in better handling of the children. They also receive the needed equipment. Daniel produces equipment in advance and fitst them during the week and produces other needs or makes necessary adjustment of other equipment. Anika has been taking part in the outreach before Tehilla was born.
| 5. Sold equipment Sometimes we receive orders from private patients that have the means to pay for the equipment. We also produce equipment for clinics or schools. This gives us some income towards the project. The equipment for the outreach in the wildcoast that Daniel produces beforehand is also paid by "Malamulele onwards" | ![]() | ||||||

6. Production of Equipment Daniel and his co-workers work 3 days a week to produce the assistive devices in a small carpentry workshop, located at the campsite of UCSA in Jeffreys Bay. Until September 2007, Daniel has produced all equipment alone. Since then he has received help in different ways: a)Students from Leadership Experience, LXP, that work in their freetime with us to raise support for themselves. b)Volunteers from abroad and localc)Since February 2009, Daniel has employed a full time worker All former and current workers and volunteers are introduced in the staff section. Anika has produced all the covers for the equipment before Tehilla was born. Her role as a mother has made it necessary to get help from outside. We have one lady from the Baptist church, where we are members, that sews the covers for us.
